Gallery Privacy Policy for Services Provided by The Pocket Lens

At The Pocket Lens, we respect the highly personal nature of your images and data. This policy outlines how your private gallery information is managed:

1. Gallery Security: Your collection is hosted securely via Pixieset. Access is restricted exclusively to you via your unique gallery URL and an optional secure password/PIN. We do not make client galleries public without your express written permission.

2. Information Collection: To access or download images, our system may require you to enter a valid email address. This is strictly used to verify your download permissions, prevent unauthorized access, and send automated order updates if you purchase physical prints.

3. Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or trade your personal data or imagery with third parties. Your data passes securely only to our platform host (Pixieset) and our encrypted payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) during store checkouts.

4. Opt-Out & Deletion: If you would like your private gallery or associated email data permanently deleted from our system ahead of the standard expiry date, simply email us at thepocketlens@outlook.com, and we will execute the request within 48 hours.
