By accessing, downloading, or purchasing images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Ownership: All images captured by Hetal through The Pocket Lens remain the intellectual and creative property of the photographer.

2. No Unauthorised Alterations: To protect the artistic integrity of the digital artistry, you agree not to apply heavy filters, AI alterations, or significant edits to the finalized images without permission.

3. Print Fulfillment: While physical prints are handled via automatic lab fulfillment for your convenience, any issues regarding print damage during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery for rectification.
