Client Gallery Terms of Service

Welcome to your private gallery. By accessing, downloading, or purchasing images from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Ownership: All images captured by Hetal through The Pocket Lens remain the intellectual and creative property of the photographer.

2. Usage Rights:

   • Personal Branding / Corporate Clients: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these images for your personal branding, social media, LinkedIn, and professional marketing materials. You may not sell these images to third parties or use them for commercial product packaging without prior written consent.

   • Everyday / Portrait Clients: Images are for personal use, print, and social sharing.

3. No Unauthorised Alterations: To protect the artistic integrity of the digital artistry, you agree not to apply heavy filters, AI alterations, or significant edits to the finalized images without permission.

4. Gallery Expiry & Storage: Your private gallery will remain active for 30 days from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to download and safely back up your high-resolution digital files before the expiry date. The Pocket Lens is not liable for data loss after a gallery has expired.

5. Print Fulfillment: While physical prints are handled via automatic lab fulfillment for your convenience, any issues regarding print damage during shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery for rectification.
